When the property where I have lived was sold, Kravens agency started to take care of it. In few months, the house improved enhancing furniture, keeping a good maintenance and implementing safety standards. More importantly, Laila offered a brilliant customer service, always lovely, professional and friendly.

Laila from Kravens went above and beyond what any normal realtor would do. Not only did she make herself available to me at pretty much any time of day or night (we were in different timezones at the time), reassure me on all my concerns, and make sure to find the answers to any and all questions I had; but she is also one of the sweetest people you’d ever meet! ?I was moving to London all the way from Canada and she made the transition as smooth and stress free as possible.
