Making your letting experience a smooth and stress-free experience, we will do our best to show you as many property matching your criteria, budget and make sure you find a place to call home. We will do our best to arrange viewings that fit into your schedule either before or after working hours giving you all the information needed about the flat itself (approximate bills, council tax and neighbours) but also your future landlord. Our policy is to be transparent and simple: no complicated fees or adds on: you’ll know beforehand what renting with us will cost you, will provide you with a draft tenancy agreement and answer all your questions.
We will also provide you with all documents that are legally required such as EPC, Gas Safety Certificate and How to Rent Guide. Unlike some agents, we don’t leave you after the process of renting is over: we will assist you during your tenancy should any maintenance issues occur; we pride ourselves in tackling any problems within 48 hours of being informed and offer solutions that accommodate you and the landlord. We offer you a tailored service based on the individual, not the masses.
